Kal is a seasoned framer who has built his own last three homes from the ground up. From securing permits to framing to overseeing every trade, he understands the entire home-building process inside and out. His eye for detail and high standards have earned him a reputation for excellence in every project he touches. Jeremy, a master painter by trade, has successfully run a well-known painting company on Vancouver Island for years. His keen design sense, meticulous work ethic, and client-first approach have made him a trusted name in the industry. Jeremy brings not only his painting expertise but also his passion for creating beautiful, lasting homes. Together, Kal and Jeremy offer a unique full-service home-building experience—handling everything from permits and project planning to hiring trusted local tradespeople and bringing your dream home to life. Now based in Spruce Grove, both Kal and Jeremy have chosen this community to raise their young families.
